The bald eagle represents freedom to Americans and the drone represents the loss of freedom.  A warrant needs to be obtained any time our Government intends to spy or investigate on citizens.  The time is now to restore a Government that protects our rights. 

Our Government will soon fly drones over our skies like they do in the middle east.  One could assume they will deny us the due process they deny foreign citizens of sovereign nations.  The tools of murder have already killed US citizens and minors abroad.  If we don't resist, we will find ourselves in the same situation.
